Once you've found a plan you want to modify, click on the 'Contact' button. Next, you will describe the changes you want to make, using the form provided. It may be helpful to download the floor plan drawings and mark them up to show your changes visually. 

Once you've filled in the form with a description of the changes and any marked up files, click send. It's that easy! We will send you a confirmation email letting you know we are working on a quote. Files can also be sent using the confirmation email you receive. 

A team member will review your request and reach back out in a few days with a quote for the modifications.  This quote will include the original price plus the cost for modifications and estimated time to complete the work.  If you are in agreement with the quote, you will submit payment for the plan and modifications and our team will get to work.

The timeframe to complete the custom modifications will vary depending on the volume and complexity of the changes.  Before you are sent the completed revised set, we will send you a draft to ensure they are accurate.

HOW DO I RECEIVE YOUR PLANS?

All of our home plans are sent electronically via email.  It is important to verify the email provided is accurate prior to final checkout.  You will be sent a purchase agreement outlining our terms of use and your responsibilities as a purchaser of the plans.  You will need to review, sign, and return the purchase agreement prior to Select Home Plans sending you the digital drawings.  Once we receive confirmation all tasks are completed, we will deliver the completed digital copy to your provided email address.

Because of copyright laws and the possibilities of making illegal copies of the plans you received, our plans may not be returned for credit or refund under any circumstances once the order has been processed. Please double check your selection before ordering.
